- Restorative Yoga
- Breathing exercises to calm the mind/body
- Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)
- Self Massage

Learn yoga poses, mindfulness, nutrition and breathing exercises to improve your digestion. You will ease into restorative yoga and calm stress with relaxing breath. Learn how to nourish and heal your body and soul. Spend 2.5 hours and $30.00 to begin your journey of healing. Message me to register or if you would like more information.

Led by Yoga teachers Sandi Rubin and Kathy Reid.
Sandi will lead you through Restorative Yoga practice for the Autumn season, including gentle movements and relaxing breath. Kathy will be creating a soothing sound bath with bowls and chimes to relax your mind and body. The sounds are gentle and create a harmony with your body as you let go of stuck energy and emotions.
