A fusion of Pilates and Yoga

Focus is on the breath and control of the body in Yoga poses and Pilates exercises. Strengthen and lengthen the entire body. Props will be used to enhance your movement experience. Pre-Pilates and Somatic movement warm-up at the beginning of class to increase awareness of the body. No prior experience necessary.
